The Brief

A natural and spacious theme was the requirement of this bathroom project, with all usual amenities for a family bathroom also included.

Prior building work created enhanced lighting through a skylight, which brought great natural light into this room. Designer George was required to make the most of this with a neutral design that included a natural feel.

Design Elements

The layout of this space is designed to give plenty of floorspace, creating a spacious and light feel in this family bathroom. Amenities are placed far away and are left with plenty of space inbetween to enhance the light feel of the space

Neutral tiling improves the lighting in the room, with a wood effect border tile tying in nicely with the bathroom furniture.

For storage in the bathroom, fitted furniture from British supplier Mereway has been used for its woodgrain finish. This furniture is fitted by design, with this client choosing this configuration to suit their storage requirement.

Special Inclusions

A nice area in this bathroom is the counter-top basin, which sits on glistening solid surface worktops. These work surfaces provide a durable surface option with the natural appearance contributing to the design of the room.

Throughout the bathroom, premium chrome brassware from Vado has been used, with wall mounted taps another design feature.
