Discover the team that will bring your project to life.
The foundation of our operation is our friendly and highly experienced team. Each of our projects will be designed, managed and fitted by members of our team. Our employees consist of the founding family of which three members are still involved as well as as many long-serving expert designers, advisors and fitters.
Unlike other independent retailers, our team is fully employed allowing us to provide you with a service we are proud to put our name to.

Phil Beechinor
Managing Director & Kitchen, Bathroom & Bedroom Designer
Phil is part of the founding family of Alexander. Phil initially worked in the industry with Paula Rosa, before starting his own installation company Masterfit, partnering with Alexander in 1994. Now Managing Director, Phil designs projects from our Worthing showroom. Aside from work Phil is a family man and a keen golf enthusiast.
Aron Linkhorn
Director & Kitchen, Bathroom & Bedroom Designer
Aron is the son of Founder Terry, and knows the values of Alexander inside out. As Director of Alexander, Aron helps run the business day-to-day and is an expert in all things kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Outside of work Aron is keen golfer and is a member of the Ham Manor Golf Club.
Alistair Glover
Kitchen Designer
Alistair works from our Horsham showroom and takes the lead on our kitchen projects in Horsham and surrounding areas. Alistair is a great young designer with a wealth of experience he'll use to create a kitchen you'll love. Aside from kitchens, Alistair is a keen football fan and supporter of Brighton & Hove Albion.
Mark Hunniset
Bathroom Designer
Mark has been with us since he was 16, initially starting as an apprentice designer. He has designed thousands of bathrooms since and has a great knowledge of the bathroom industry. Mark is a devout football fan and coach, managing the local AFC Goring mens and reserve teams.
Hayley Dempster
Kitchen, Bathroom, & Bedroom Designer
Hayley works from our Worthing showroom and is a vastly experienced designer, with expertise designing kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Outside of the showroom Hayley is always on two feet, either walking her dog or enjoying a scenic weekend walk!
Warwick Hockley
Installation Manager & Surveyor
Warwick is another of our long-serving staff starting with us over twenty years ago. Warwick is the manager of our installation department, surveying projects and coordinating our expert fitting team for all our projects. Away from work, Warwick is a keen fitness enthusiast and can often be found at Worthing Parkrun or up on the South Downs.
Teresa Camilleri
Installation Coordinator & Customer Care Specialist
Teresa has been with us for many years, originally working at our Worthing showroom. These days Teresa coordinates the installation of all projects. If you have undertaken a renovation with us, you will have been kept up to date by the lovely Teresa. Aside from work Teresa is a keen equine enthusiast.
Teresa Scott
Receptionist & Administrator
Teresa joined us in 2021 and is the heart of our Worthing showroom. She is a friendly face and is always on hand to help our clients with her extensive knowledge of our products and suppliers. Away from the Alexander showroom Teresa is a keen walker and enjoys spending time with her family.
Mark Tugwell
Customer Care Installer & Surveyor
Mark is one of our designated customer care installers and surveyors. He travels across Sussex in one of our special customer care vans solving remedials and working on various projects. He is an extremely talented multi-tradesmen and undertakes surveys for many of our projects.
Dale Samuel
Customer Care Installer & Surveyor
Dale is another important team member of our customer care team. He ensures customer satisfaction across our various projects and is a skilled tradesmen himself so often gets involved with installations and project surveys. On the weekends you'll find Dale watching his beloved Tottenham Hotspur, but apart from that he's a great addition to the Alexander team.
Ian Carter
Warehouse Manager
Ian has worked in the industry for years. At Alexander he manages our busy warehouse ensuring all our projects are delivered on time. Outside of work Ian can often be found at the gym partaking in his favourite spin classes.
Sarah Sheridan
Contracts - Kitchen Design Manager
Sarah joined the Alexander team in 2013, managing the design side of our contract kitchen division with her vast industry experience. Sarah has been involved with a number of landmark developments across Surrey, Sussex and London, with her contract clients always impressed with her design work.
Liam Garton
Contracts - Business Development Manager
Liam joined the Alexander team in 2013, when our contract kitchen division started. Liam has extensive experience in the kitchen industry where he has built up a great network of kitchen industry connections.
Callum Carter
Marketing Manager
Callum joined the Alexander team in 2019 after graduating from university with a degree in marketing. He takes the lead on all marketing and online activity. Outside of the office Callum enjoys playing and watching most sports, and is also a keen runner.
