Contemporary German Kitchen in Angmering, West Sussex

By opting for a wrap-around design utilising the existing peninsula island layout, Designer Alistair has been able to make this former display work excellently within this relatively compact kitchen space. As you may be able to tell, additional units have been combined with the existing to add further storage and to house the specification of appliances this client favoured.

Ferro Bronze elements have been maintained in the new kitchen situation too, with touch to open wall units, wall facade, and built-up worktop re-purposed in a cohesive design and layout.

As to be expected the initial display did not exactly meet the client’s needs, so several additions have been made to adjust kitchen furniture for them. Tall units have been placed adjacent to each other to house ovens, whilst around the sink area an integrated washing machine and dishwasher have been installed too. Plus, an additional tall unit houses a built-in Neff microwave and further storage.

To suit, additional work surfaces have been fabricated into position, and to continue the initial theme, LED handrail lighting and undercabinet lighting have been reinstalled.
