The KBSA are the Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom and Specialist Association, and are the nationally recognised association for independent home retailers.
Formed in 1978, the aim of the KBSA is to promote the highest standards of professionalism and workmanship, and to provide consumers with an assurance of quality. Approved members of the KBSA are strictly vetted to ensure the standard of KBSA retailers is of the utmost quality.
To become a KBSA retailer a company first be invited to join the association before meeting professional standard, workmanship, and quality criteria. To give further assurance to clients, financial records and previous client feedback are also scrutinised.
As mentioned, we have been a KBSA approved member at both our Horsham and Worthing showrooms since 2020. Upon invitation, our customer service, workmanship, and financial records have been scrutinised by the KBSA to maintain the high standard of KBSA retailers.
Our approval as a member means that we are one of only five approved independent retailers in East and West Sussex. We are also the only retailer in the Horsham and Worthing areas to offer a complete design and installation service for kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom renovations.
