KBSA Designer Awards: Finalists in Four Categories
We’re delighted to be returning to the prestigious KBSA awards this year with our designers’ finalists in four categories combined. It’s our Horsham design team of Alistair Glover and Martin Flanders who have been shortlisted for a variety of awards at the ceremony which will be taking place at the Belfry Hotel & Resort on October 9th.

Category: Bathroom Designer of the Year
Designer Martin is no stranger to the KBSA Awards having been a finalist at last year’s awards, and one of only three non-winners to receive a highly commended certificate for their project.
This year his design of a scandi-style family bathroom in Horsham has him named as a finalist again, in a design that boasts a fantastic calming aesthetic and in keeping furniture choices.
Category: Bedroom Designer of The Year
Our kitchen and bedroom designer Alistair Glover makes his first appearance at the awards, and does so in style, being named a finalist in a hat-trick of categories.
This bedroom project involved a clever design to incorporate plentiful storage, as well as bedside tables and decorative areas. The project also incorporates some fantastic lighting choices which help to illuminate this great design.
Category: Kitchen Designer (£25K – £50K) & Young Designer of the Year
Alistair has also been named as a finalist in two categories for this seaside kitchen project in Brighton.
This sleek modern design will be ranked against five projects within the Kitchen Designer (£25K – £50K) category, and four within the Young Designer of the Year category.
This project required a clever design to incorporate daily kitchen functionality in a compact space which also had to function as a living area. The lengthy island design and inclusion of multiple high-tech appliances helped achieve the brief of this Brighton client.

Alistair and Martin will be attending the awards ceremony on October 9th, where each will hope to bring home the gold in their respective categories.
